Chat with SE Hub Members
This feature allows site visitors to communicate with the SE Hub team in real time. The SE Hub administrators will be Online between 0330 hours and 1100 hours GMT. You can still proceed to start a chat during the Offline time and an Admin from the SE Hub will get back to you no sooner they are back online and pick up on your chat request.
Note: - The chat option is available in both the login page and within the site. You just need to click on the icon to start a chat. Please refer below images.

- To start a chat, the following mandatory fields need to be completed and submitted:
- Application or Area where you need help [Select one of Readiness Assessment Tool or Social Enterprise Academy/Website or Business Plan Tool]
- Your Name
- Your official Email ID
- Country where your Organization/MA is located
- Message/Support required
